Design
You send the idea — a name, a date, a sketch, a photograph. I translate it into a clean vector layout and send you a proof to approve before anything touches the laser.
Engrave
Once approved, the design is burned into the wood (or slate, or acrylic) with a CO2 laser at high resolution — precise, permanent, and smoke-stained by hand afterward.
Finish & Ship
Sanded, oiled, and packed with care. Most custom pieces ship within 5–7 business days after approval. You'll get tracking the moment it leaves the workshop.

How long does a custom piece take?
Most custom pieces ship within 5–7 business days after you approve the final proof. Complex or large orders may take a bit longer — I'll give you a clear timeline when we start.
Can I change the proof after I see it?
I include two rounds of revisions in every custom quote. After that, each additional change is $10. This keeps the process fair and moving — I want you to love it, and I also need to sleep.
What materials do you work with?
Walnut, maple, bamboo, slate, and acrylic for LED signs. I keep a rotating stock of hardwoods and can source something specific if your project calls for it.
How does pricing work?
It depends on size, material, and detail. A simple walnut plaque might start around $40; a large custom cutting board or memorial piece can run $80–150. I quote every project individually — just fill out the form with your budget and I'll work with you.
Revision Policy
Every custom quote includes two free rounds of proof revisions. After that, each additional change is $10. This keeps the process fair for both of us — please send everything you want adjusted at once.
