Where do orders ship from?

Every piece is made and shipped from our Long Island, New York studio. Checkout, tracking, and shipping updates all run through our Etsy shop.

How long does an order take?

Ready-to-ship pieces typically leave the studio within 3–5 business days. Personalized items add 1–2 days for engraving. Rush timelines are available on request.

Can I personalize a piece with a name or date?

Accepted Answer

Yes — most listings include a personalization field at checkout on Etsy for names, dates, or short messages. For anything fully bespoke, use our Custom Orders form.

Question 4

Will the engraving fade or wash off?

Accepted Answer

No. The engraving is burned into the wood or etched through the powder-coated finish on tumblers, so it never peels or fades with normal use and hand washing.

Question 5

Do you accept custom or commission requests?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Custom cutting boards, LED signs, sober-milestone markers, wedding pieces, and memorial keepsakes can be requested through our Custom Orders wizard on the site.
